Leading the “estimation” league table within the Kentish Garden Group  (encompassing more then 70 growers) based on accurate forecasting of sales related to production. I developed my own production-forecasting tool, taking into account relevant factors including break-even points. The tool is directly linked with company Profit & Loss and Cash Flow.

 

Resource management and control of annual sales of £1.3 million. Direct responsibility of 12 supervisors and 180 harvesting staff.
